Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Ginivo (“Ginivo”, “we”), an AI front-desk assistant for salons, spas, and clinics. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Questions: hello@ginivo.ai.
The service
Ginivo lets a business (“clinic”) connect an AI assistant to its website and messaging channels (such as Facebook Messenger and Instagram) to answer client questions, capture booking requests, and run win-back outreach. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your credentials secure; notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You must have authority to connect any business assets (website, Facebook Page, Instagram, calendar) you link to Ginivo.
Your data and responsibilities
- You own the business and client data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact your clients (including for win-back messages).
- You will not use Ginivo to send spam or to message people who have not consented to be contacted.
- How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to access another clinic's data or bypass tenant isolation.
- Reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Misrepresent the AI assistant as a licensed professional, or rely on it for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Third-party platforms
Ginivo integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect, including Meta (Facebook Messenger and Instagram) and Google (Calendar). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or availability.
AI output
The assistant generates responses automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. It answers from the business information you provide and does not invent prices, availability, or policies. You are responsible for reviewing escalated conversations and confirming bookings.
Fees
Paid plans, if any, are described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
SMS / text messaging program
Program. Ginivo sends transactional appointment messages on behalf of the clinic you booked with: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, waitlist openings, post-visit check-ins, replies to questions you send us, and occasional re-engagement offers from that clinic. Each clinic is a separate sender; the clinic’s name appears in every automated message.
How you opt in. You give express written consent by checking the SMS consent box on the clinic’s public booking page before submitting a booking, or by texting a start keyword to the clinic’s number. Where a clinic provides its own client list, the clinic confirms it has that client’s consent, and those clients receive appointment-related messages only. We never buy or rent phone numbers, and texting STOP always stops all messages immediately.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments — typically 2–6 messages per appointment.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Ginivo does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages from that number. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@ginivo.ai. Customer care is available by email at that address.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginivo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Ginivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
